Flapper Gin

A wonderfully complex small batch gin that you’ll probably love, regardless of whether you consider yourself a gin drinker or not.  Distilled with Juniper, Coriander seed, Licorice/Star Anise, Lemon peel, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Cubeb Berries, and Grains of Paradise. Our small batch American gin is remarkable enough to drink neat.

Flapper’s Reserve Gin

As an experiment, we decided to take our small batch American gin and matured it with American white oak, hand charred by our master distiller to his specific desire. Giving it a complexity previously unexpected in modern gin.

Who knew? It was a big a hit!
