Cheesecake Martini

Ingredients

2 oz.Caryopsis vodka

1 oz sour cream

1 oz simple syrup

1 oz lemon juice

Ice

Crushed graham cracker rimmer

*optional lemon zest

Insctuctions

Wet rim of glass and dip into graham crumbs (you can juice your lemon then use rind to wet rim of glass). Set aside.

In a shaker mix sour cream & simple syrup until smooth. Gradually add vodka & lemon juice. Mix thoroughly & add ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into prepared glass, garnish with lemon zest, and enjoy.
