Rapscallion’s Caryopsis vodka is almost impossible to describe in words—“it must be experienced.” Smooth, crisp, and clean, made from wheat. Distilled keeping only the very best or “heart” of the spirit. We then blend our spirit with fresh tranquil water.
Botanically, the wheat kernel is a type of fruit called a caryopsis. The caryopsis is popularly called a grain.
