Strawberry Fields

ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Flapper Gin
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Strawberry simple syrup*
Bubble water to taste

To create:

in a shaker add gin, lime juice, & simple syrup. Add ice and shake until chilled. Pour over ice and top with bubble water
