Pistachio and Flapper Gin for the win

1Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Lflapper Gin

  • 1.5 oz Pistachio Lemon Syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg White

  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker and DRY SHAKE (no ice) vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.

  2. Add ice to shaker and shake until cold to the touch

  3. Double Strain into your favorite Coupe Glass
