Strawberry Simple Syrup

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Water

2-4 Strawberries washed, hulled, and quartered

To make

In a small saucepan add water, sugar, and strawberries.

Stir to avoid scorching sugar.

Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.

When cool, puree and strain into airtight container.
