Cilantro ~ Lime Cocktail

 
American wheat vodka

Ingredients

a few sprigs of cilantro

1/2 oz. Simple syrup

1 1/2 oz. Caryopsis vodka.

1 oz. lime juice

4-5 drops of fee foam.

INstructions

Muddle cilantro, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add vodka and fee foam. Shake vigorously to create a good foam. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain (or double strain if you don’t want the cilantro particulates) into a coupe glass.
