Vodka Chata

ingredients

* Base:
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1/3cup simple syrup ( ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water)
* ½ teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 vanilla bean split open
* a pinch of nutmeg (a little goes a long way)
* Add to your liking:
* ice
* Caryopsis Vodka

instructions

1. first make the simple syrup in a small pan on the stove top with sugar and water a heat on medium heat until sugar is dissolved
2. Add spices
3. let simple syrup cool
5. in pitcher add milk & 1/3 cup spiced syrup
6. mix well
8. add ice and vodka to taste (about 1/4 cup of vodka)
9. serve immediately
