Eau de vie Sour

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz eu de vie/clear brandy
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz Lime/lemon juice
3-4 drops fee foam
1 oz water
5 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

Place all ingredient except bitters in a shaker
Shake vigorously to induce foaming
Add ice to shaker and shake until cold
Pour into glass of your choice, add drops of bitters
